Disponemos de dos viviendas en el centro de Zarautz, ambas en el mismo edificio y en segunda línea de playa. Zarautz es una bonita localidad de la Costa Vasca, situada a 20 km de la ciudad de San Sebastián, así como a unos 85 km de Bilbao, Vitoria-Gasteiz, Pamplona y el País Vasco francés. Además de contar con una playa de 2 km de longitud, Zarautz se encuentra a los pies del monte Pagoeta, entre Talaimendi y Santa Bárbara, por lo que ofrece la posibilidad de disfrutar tanto de un entorno de playa como de montaña y hacer senderismo. El edificio consta de cuatro pisos. Todos somos miembros de la misma familia, ya que la casa pertenece a la familia desde hace tres generaciones, lo que les hará sentirse en un ambiente muy familiar. Ofrecemos la posibilidad de intercambiar ambas casas o solo una (tercer y cuarto piso respectivamente con ascensor). La casa del tercer piso tiene una habitación doble y la casa del cuarto piso tiene dos habitaciones (una con cama de matrimonio y otra con dos camas individuales). Para cualquiera de los dos dispones de una cama individual supletoria).

We have two beautiful homes in the center of Zarautz, both in the same building and on the second line of the beach. Zarautz is a beautiful town on the Basque Coast, located 20 km from the city of San Sebastián, as well as about 85 km from Bilbao, Vitoria-Gasteiz, Pamplona and the French Basque Country. In addition to having a 2 km long beach, Zarautz is located at the foot of Mount Pagoeta, between Talaimendi and Santa Bárbara, so it offers the possibility of enjoying a beach and mountain environment or hiking. The building has four floors. We are all same family members, since the house belong to the family for three generations, which will make you feel in a very familiar environment. We offer the possibility of exchanging both houses or just one (third and fourth floor respectively with elevator). The house on the third floor has a double room and the house on the fourth floor has two rooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds). For either have an extra single bed.
