House in Noordwijk, Netherlands
We live in Noordwijk, a village with a very nice beach and beautiful dune area. On the beach are several nice beach lounge/restaurants for a comfortable beach visit. Our house is located in Noordwijk-Binnen, a picturesque village about 5 minutes bicycling from the beach and away from the summercrowds. Our house is a simple house with a good atmosphere and a nice garden in a quiet street with nice neighbors. The house has 3 floors. A living room and a new kitchen with everything you need. 3 bedrooms, 1 small office with our PC, 1 new bathroom and toilets downstairs and first floor. Noordwijk is very central between all major Dutch cities. Leiden and Haarlem can be reached within 30 minutes, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague can be reached within the hour both by car and public transport. Noordwijk is surrounded by beautiful nature, great for hiking and cycling. The beach is recently mentioned by National Geographic as one of the top 20 best beaches in the world.
Our cat Simba is an 18 year old, friendly and easy going cat. She sleeps most of the day in the house or in the summer in our garden. She does not wander off but stayes around the house. We feed her twice a day.

Noordwijk is located strategically between all major cities like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Haarlem, Leiden and The Hague which can all be reached easily by public transport and by car. The surrounding area is very good for a nice holiday. From our house you can make beautiful bicycle-tours, hiking-trips, city-trips. And there is allways the beach.

Opis rodziny
We are a family of five. Three boys; Rik (28), Sjoerd (25) and Joost (22). Our boys do not live with us anymore. Ingrid (62) is working independent, coaching people with braindamage and their familys. Rob (63) is working as an artist, using only organic materials and the elements to make his primeval landscapes. (www.robvanleeuwen.com) . Our 6th family member is Simba, our cat.

FR060050Sur la famille et l'environnement c'est complet, par contre sur les photos :
- la maison est présenté depuis le coin de la rue et pas en facade donc on ne sait pas laquelle est leur maison même si elle se ressemble toutes de l'extérieur...
- il n'y a pas de photos de la cuisine et comme on n'a pas de descriptif de l'équipement de la maison sur le site (lave-vaisselle, barbecue, etc..) nous avons eu la surprise de voir qu'il n'y avait pas de lave-vaisselle, on en est pas mort mais bon on est en vacance...
- il n'y a pas de photos de la voiture alors qu'il y a un échange de voiture proposé, nous avons su dans nos premiers échange que c'était une voiture en déséquilibre complet, surtout sur le confort, par rapport a ce que nous leur laissions (Citroen Saxo de 2001 contre Nissan Qasqhai v2 de 2015 !!!!) mais pour çà nous avons décider de passer outre.
Si nous avions eu des informations sur les 2 derniers points dés la sélection des annonces nous l'aurions peut être pas sélectionné....
En conclusion nous avons été quand même satisfait de l'échange notamment grâce à la découverte des Pays-Bas qui nous a beaucoup plus, il aurait été excellent si les 2 petits points au dessus avait été plus équitable;
