Located on exclusive Palos Verdes Peninsula, 10 minutes to Freeway, with easy access to all points north (Downtown Los Angeles/Pasadena) south (Long Beach, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach), east (Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Lake Arrowhead) and west (Santa Monica, Beverly Hills).  BMW X1 included. Very quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy.

Screen enclosed patio with 2 chaise lounges, 6 chairs and glass dining tables.  Large Gas BBQ and dual side burners.  It's the best room in the house in the summer! Kitchen has purified water, all appliances and espresso maker. Backyard is highly terraced and landscaped.  Great place to take a drink and go for a walk. Living Room has huge panoramic view of LA harbor and points East.  You can see the fireworks at the Queen Mary and Disneyland from it (but they are small).  It also has a bar, a 77" LED TV home theater and piano.

Huge Master bedroom upstairs with King bed and wet bar, 70" TV and panoramic east view for spectacular sunrises and an adjoining luxury bath with spa and bidet. Second large Bedroom downstairs with Queen sized bed and very nice shower and bath with makeup table. Two children's rooms with their own sink and mirror, with a shared shower and toilet between them. One room has a full sized bed, the other has bunk beds.  Computer access in all rooms via cable/wi-fi. Softened water makes bathing luxurious and drinking water is reverse osmosis purified.  I try. to keep the house in very good condition.
