The attic´s situation is excellent because with no additional transportation can quickly reach the most emblematic places of the city : in addition to the nearby beach Zurriola , where you can get off at " flip flops " if you like, once you arrive at the Kursaal Palace, Parte Vieja , Victoria Eugenia Theatre , including City Council area and Concha beach you will arrive in about 10 minutes.
