Our place offers the Berlin experience as well as the comfort and calm of a rural idyll. You will have vacational feeling – good air and cooler temperatures – and the creative buzz of Berlin just a few minutes away.
Without even having to cross the street, you can get to the S-Bahn station in a minute, where you have a connection to the city centre every 10 minutes. Our apartment is located in Westend (Charlottenburg) right at the side of the city-train (S3/S9), which crosses Berlin from west to east. You reach the sights and places without changing train: Charlottenburg/Kurfürstendamm (10 min.), Savignyplatz/Zoo (13 min.), Main Station, Friedrichstrasse, Hackescher Markt, Alexanderplatz, Warschauer Straße (20-30 minutes). And yet, thanks to the closeness of Grunewald forest and the lakes, the area offers leisure time activities like cycling, running, water sports, tennis, beach volleyball and horse-riding. Our apartment has a living area is of approx. 120 sqm, all modern comfort and a nice garden with a south-west terrace. A spacious joint garden with a playground for children and a view into the landscaped park. We look forward to hear from you!

We speak english, spanish, german and a little french. Originally we are from Hamburg and Munich, but for a long time we have lived in Berlin.
