A nice new villa in the sunny northern of Mauritius just by the sea.
We live since 2020 in our villa of Grand Baie, Mauritius. This is a two-levels villa of approximately 200 sqm, full equipped, WiFi and TV optical fibre. This villa is located in a nice small, calm and secured residence with club house (gym).
On the ground floor: a large living room overlooking a garden with pool & kiosk, an open kitchen with laundry room attached, toilet, car-port (and 1 but non available bedroom).
On the first floor: 2 bedrooms en-suite (each with bathroom and toilet), access to the landscaped roof-terrace overlooking the garden & pool.
The villa is at 10 mn by foot from beach, restaurants and shops. Car exchange desired.

Petite résidence très calme et gardée, à 10 mn de la plage de PEREYBERE ainsi que des commerces et restaurants. Accès à Port Louis (capitale) par autoroute (30 mn). Deux clubs de plongée à 10 mn à pied. Parcours de golf le plus proche à 15 mn en voiture.

Wir lernten unsere Tauschpartner kennen, wurden vom Flughafen in das wunderschöne Haus gebracht und genossen zwei unbeschwerte Wochen in Mauritius. Alles bestens!!
Kurt & Gerda nous ont très bien accueillis à notre arrivée dans leur grande maison bien décorée (Kurt est un artiste !). L'endroit est très bien situé dans cette belle région de vignobles et permet un accès facile à Vienne, Prague, Bratislava et Budapest. Sommes très contents de notre séjour chez Kurt & Gerda.
Bas & Miriam nous ont très bien accueillis à notre arrivée dans leur belle maison moderne située au bord d'un cours d'eau. L'endroit est calme mais également proche de ce que l'on recherchait : proximité d'Amsterdam, Harlem etc. ainsi que des commodités (centre commerciaux etc.). Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Bas & Miriam et nous recommandons.
We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the home of Gilles and Elena, and we can confidently say they are perfect Intervac hosts. Their kindness and friendliness made us feel welcome right away, and their sense of hospitality is truly exceptional. The home itself is very modern and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Gilles and Elena were incredibly helpful, offering tips and information to enhance our experience in Mauritius. They even provided a detailed information map with fantastic recommendations on things to see and do. I couldn't have asked for better hosts, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering a home exchange.

Nous sommes Elena et Gilles, nous avons quitté l'Europe pour nous installer depuis plus de deux à l'île Maurice au soleil. Nos enfants sont en Europe et nous y retournons plusieurs fois pendant l'année. Nous recherchons donc la possibilité d'échanger notre villa pour nos séjours en Europe.
