Townhouse with terrace

Duplex apartment in a recently-built house in the center of town (10 mn walk from the “Halles” and the train station) without the nuisances of the hyper-center, benefiting from a lovely 40 m2 terrace. Our apartment is spacious, bright and contemporary (120 m2) located in an older part of town, close to all amenities. The beaches are accessible by bike, public transport and car.
The first floor of the house is temporarily occupied (as a second home) by a quiet, friendly couple. The terrace is a real living space above the garage, with room for a car and several bicycles. Please note that we have no television! Please bring your own computer to connect to the video projector.
