House in Brugge Sint Michiels, Belgium
Since 1989, we live in our own house, in a dead-end street, in a very quiet neighbourhood of Sint Michiels, at about 2 km from the city-center of Bruges.
Our house is rather spacious and with all comfort : in the living room and kitchen you can find all appliances; there are three bedrooms with a double bed. If necessary, another room can be used to sleep… In the bathroom one can find both shower and bathtub. There is a laundry place with washing machine and cloth-dryer. There is wireless internet acces.
In the garden, there’s a pond (children-safe) and a terrace with garden furniture.
In the near environment , you can find ware-houses and all stores (1km), two small woods for a nice walk (2 and km) , an olympic swimming-pool (2km), the familyparc ‘Boudewijnpark’ with the largest dolphinarium of Europe (1km), the railway-station of Bruges (1km)….

nice modern, light and confortable house. Very well located to be quiet and visit Brugge and arount. Maison moderne, lumineuse, confortable et agréable à vivre. Très bien située pour être au calme et visiter Bruges et ses environs.
Échange conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons aimé la maison et Brugge ! Nous avons passé également une journée à Bruxelles et au bord de la mer. Les vélos ont été très appréciés pour découvrir la ville. Nous recommandons à tous de faire un échange avec cette famille.
Everything was perfect. Nice people, honest communication, everything lived up to expectations and to the profile.

Two adults, sometimes travelling with friends
We are five in our family : Geert and Hilde, both professional educators and born in 1962. Geert works in an institute for deaf and blind people. His hobby’s are gardening, cooking and jogging.
Hilde does the coördination of a extra-curricular nursery. In her spare time,she likes to sew, to watch a movie, read a book or playing badminton with friends.
We have three children : Miet (°1985), Thomas (°1987) and Lise (°1989). They all have already left the house, to go their own way. Sometimes, they like to join us on our holidays, depending on their own holiday-dates and their preferences of destination...
We all like travelling very much and we became rather experienced home-exchangers.
We have three pets: one cat and two chickens in the backyard. They would be glad if you would take care of them …
