Modern and spacious house in BELGIUM next to Ardennen
Spacious house at the top of the little hill of the Marche-en-Famenne city.
The house is very light with larges windows. There is a nice garden with terrace and private swimming pool.
There are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. It's OK for 6 peoples.
We made a Welcome file with all necessaries informations about home and some ideas to visit (City, Wildlife park, Shopping, Restaurant, Playground,...)
We pay particular attention to respect your house and we would ourselves to ensure there is no hassle and everyone has a brilliant experience 😊
Marche-en-Famenne is a lovely city with a big choice of shop and many restaurant.
There is also a lot of walking, running and VTT rides from home.
We have 2 cats; "Shakirâle" and "Siska". And in the garden, also 2 hens.
We have also a dog and we would like to travel with him.
If you have animals, it will be a pleasure to take care of them.
Near airport in Belgium :Brussels-Charleroi (50 min), Liege (50 min), Brussels-Zaventem (1h)
Other airport: in Luxemburg, Luxemburg (1 h) and in Nederlands, Maastricht (1h15)
Maison 4 façades sur les hauteurs de Marche-en-famenne dans le quartier des Rossignols.
Quartier verdoyant, en bordure de forêt, au calme et à la fois proche du centre ville pour toutes les comodités.
La maison est composée de 3 chambres, chacune avec un lit double; la capacité d'accueil est de 6 personnes.
Spacieuse et très lumineuse avec de grandes baies vitrées.
Jardin extérieur arboré avec piscine.
Proximité de nombreux commerces et proche des grandes villes Belges.
Nous avons 2 chats à nourrir; "Shakirâle" et "Siska". Et aussi 2 poules.
Depuis fin 2021, notre famille s'est agrandie d'un chien et nous souhaiterions voyager avec lui.
Nous allons au cours de dressage canin afin de lui apporter une bonne éducation.
Si vous avez des animaux, nous en prendront bien soins.

The city center is only at 2 km from house with all facilities.
You can also reach the city center by a lovely forest's path.

The family was extremely nice and helpful, their home was accurately represented.
Unsere Tauschpartner waren absolut perfekte Gastgeber: viele Infos vorher und vor Ort, nette Willkommensgesten/-präsente, alles bestens vorbereitet und hinterlassen! Das Haus war genau wie im Angebot beschrieben.
Heel vriendelijke en toegewijde ruilers. Het huis voldoet ruim aan de verwachtingen. Ze voorzien heel veel informatie over hun huis en over de stad en omgeving.
De familie Pierret zijn onvoorstelbaar gastvrije mensen ! Dit was onze 11de huisruil en hoewel het in eigen land was en voor een korte periode, was het één van de beste. We zijn altijd al warm onthaald geweest, maar dit was echt één van de leukste. Het huis is ook heel mooi, proper, in orde...helemaal zoals in de beschrijving.

Nous sommes un couple de fin de quarantaine avec 2 filles de 19 et 17 ans. Ma femme est employé dans le milieu des fonds d'investissement et je suis employé dans le milieu biochimie. Nous avons également quelques animaux: 2 chats et 2 poules.
Et, un chien, Pluto avec lequel nous aimons voyager pendant les congés scolaires et découvrir de nouveaux endroits.
Le reste du temps nous aimons partager des repas avec nos amis, faire des activités en famille, et aussi prendre du plaisir à la maison.
Nous aimons également le sport. yoga, vélo, badminton, jogging...
Et aussi balade pédestre en famille.
