Apartment of 75 m2 with terrace, living roo,, 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 beds) a complete bathroom and kitchen with diswasher and washing machine. It has air conditioning and heat pump. The terrace is large and on it you can eat quietly. The apartment is located 100m from the beach and 10 minutes from the train station that takes you to Barcelona in 25 minutes. Possibility of car exchange.
Apartamento de 75m2 con terraza. Salón comedor, 2 habitaciones (una de matrimonio y otra con 2 camas) 1 baño completo y cocina equipada con lavavajillas y lavadora. Dispone de aire acondicionado y bomba de calor. La terraza es grande y en ella se puede comer con tranquilidad. Apartamento situado a 100m de la playa y a 10 minutos andando de la estación del tren que les lleva a Barcelona en 25 minutos. Posibilidad de intercambiar coche.

The appartment is ideally located close to the beach, it has very easy access to the beach and to the train station in Barcelona. The architecture is probably tipical for spain, with few windows, but accomodate easily 4 people (2 adults and 2 small children)
L'appartement de Mercedes est bien agencé , très bien situé pour se rendre à Barcelone. Premia est proche des montagnes, avec de belles randos à proximité. La vieille est agréable, avec ses jolies maisons de pêcheurs. Les échanges avec Mercedes ont été très chaleureux et faciles. C'est une belle personnalité ! Merci pour cette escale catalane !
It Was an interesting exchange as we had the possibility to visit many places of Catalonia.We had the advantage to live in Premiá de Mar near the beach,22 km from Barcelona with very good access to downtown with the very cheap train .
Mercedes home was comfortable and well equipped. The location was great, a short walk to a beautiful beach and train station. Market, bakery, pharmacy are all near. Mercedes was a pleasure to work with. She took good care of our home. We recommend her home and her personally as a wonderful exchange partner.
