Lovely family house with private pool near a big city in the south of France, capital of wine, in the Bordeaux metropole.
The house is located in the Bordeaux Metropole , it has 4 bedrooms including a master suite of 25 m2 with shower, toilet, TV. We have a large terrace with a covered area.
We were going to forget: we propose a real pool of 3m by 6 ;-)
WARNING : we refuse proposals with animals inside the house.
The car is not essential, but it is strongly recommended.

We have WI-FI, a WII-U, a washing-machine, drying machine, a dish washing-machine.

La maison se trouve dans la Métropole de Bordeaux, elle compte 4 chambres dont une suite parentale de 25 m2 avec douche, WC, TV. Nous annonçons 8 couchages, mais 9 sont envisageables en partageant la suite parentale.
Nous avons une grande terrasse avec une partie couverte.
La voiture n'est pas indispensable, mais elle est vivement conseillée.
Nous allions oublier: nous proposons une vraie piscine de 3m sur 6 ;-)
Nous pouvons prêter une voiture électrique de 2022 "fiat 500e" avec la borne à l'entrée de la maison.
ATTENTION: Nous refusons les propositions avec les animaux à l'intérieur de la maison.

Fréderic Ocana and his family are very friendly, responsible and trustworthy people. We got along with them from the very beginning! They have a wonderful house and a very nice pool! We've had a marvelous experience with this family from Floirac, Bordeaux. I highly recommend you to have an exchange with them! Moreover, the region of La Gironde is a very beautiful place, and Bordeaux is an elegant, impressive city.

Stéphanie & Frédéric, les parents, Roman 23 ans, Renaud 21 ans et Leelou 16 ans. Nous voyageons plutôt à 3 avec Leelou car les garçons travaillent ou voyagent souvent de leur côté.
