A cosy house nearby the town center of Brest, and close to wonderful wild beaches
Looking for a swap for Summer 2026
Our house is a 110m2 family home with 4 bedrooms (2 double size beds, 2 singles beds), and featuring a large living room and an open kitchen.
the living room opens onto a terrace and a small garden facing south, very pleasant to rest or having barbecues.
all shops are within walking distance, and it is very easy to get out to reach Brest beautiful beaches or take a walk in the countryside.
If you travel by plane we recommend to rent a car, as our car is small and not adapted to big families.
We have a young cat, Marcel, very kind ans user to kids, ans we will be pleased to care of your own mets.
The region is very pleasant, with many wild beaches of white sand, small islands, and possibility to go to Ouessant island with the line boat.
In Brest you can discover the cable cabin!
The tipical town of Quimper is only 50mn driving, with its tipical wood houses, and the famous cathedral.
we are open to different proposals and also tout discover european cities: Berlin, London, Roma, Madrid, Barcelona, Lisboa, porto, Vienna, Copenhagen, Dublin...

Nous avons bénéficié d’un excellent échange. Anne et Dan se sont magnifiquement occupés de notre maison et de nos chats. À notre arrivée à Brest, nous avons eu un chaleureux accueil de leurs voisines et ils nous avaient laissé tout un ensemble d’indications très pertinentes pour profiter de notre séjour. Pendant le séjour, nous avons continué à échanger et à nous transmettre des bons plans, c’était très sympathiques et appréciables. Nous les recommandons vivement!
Un très bel échange, accueil très chaleureux de Pascal et Christophe, avec de nombreux conseils de randonnées et de visite. Leur maison est très confortable, encore plus belle en vrai ! Ils ont en retour pris soin de notre maison et de notre chat, et nous avons vraiment apprécié leur gentillesse et leurs attentions. Merci beaucoup pour ce bel échange ☺️
Wir haben das Haus von Anne, Dan und den Kindern Alice und Gabriel für zwei Wochen bewohnen dürfen. An der Maurice Ravelstrasse, etwas ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums. Ihr Kater Marcel hat sich gut an uns gewöhnt. Es war uns sehr wohl in ihrem Haus. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln haben wir Ausflüge an Küsten und auf Inseln gemacht. Mit unserer sympathischen Austauschfamilie hatten wir per "whatsapp" regen Kontakt. Wir können einen Austausch mit dieser musikalischen Adresse wärmstens empfehlen. Danke Anne ,Dan, Alice und Gabriel für den Austausch.
Un très bel échange, appartement très confortable et accueillant, avec une très belle terrasse ! Charles et Daniela nous ont transmis de bons conseils de visite et de randonnée. Ils ont également pris soin de notre chat et de notre maison, et nous avons vraiment apprécié cet échange dans l'esprit Intervac! Merci !
