House in Bergen, Norway available for exchange July 2026
Welcome to our home!
It's located just outside the city center of Bergen and near the airport. We have a big garden and a terrace. We have two bathrooms and three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. Forest, mountains, beaches and supermarkets are nearby. It's also easy to get around by public transport. We have a Toyota Auris hybrid and can exchange cars with you.
We have two daughters of 15 and 19 years old. We are looking for an exchange home with 2 or 3 bedrooms, depending on if our oldest daughter is going with us.
We can exchange for 3 to 4 weeks in July 2026 preferable Amsterdam, Haarlem, Noord Holland.

O okolicy
Our house is convienently located between the city center of Bergen (6,5 km) and the airpoirt (7,5 km). We have a private car parking place at the house. With a bus stop around the corner it's only 11 minutes to the center by public transportation. The nearest supermarket is at 800 meters. Close to the supermarket is a play ground and a soccer field.
We live in a quiet area with forrest and mountain closeby at walking distance. You can take your children or go running in the forest 'Langeskogen' and hiking up the mount 'Løvstakken' for a spectacular view of Bergen. This is one of the seven mountains of Bergen. On the other side you can take the gondola or take the 'Sherpa' stairs up mount 'Ulriken' and paraglide or take the zipline down again. For a daytrip you can walk over the highlands to mount 'Fløyen'. Here's a large playground for children. You can take the fenicular down the the city center of Bergen.
Bergen has a beautiful old city center. You can go shopping and siteseeing in the city center and the harbour 'Bryggen', which is a World Herritage Site. From Bergen you can take the train or boat to other spectacular places in Norway. In Bergen there are many play grounds, several swimming pools, an aquarium and a science center for children.
Straigth down from our house is 'Nordåsvannet'. You can go to one of the beaches to go swimming.

Maison sympathique très agréable pour 4 personnes. Très bien localisée pour pouvoir visiter tous les alentours.

We are a Dutch/Norwegian family living in Bergen, Norway. Timothy (46) works as Tech Lead for an IT company, Aasta (48) is a day care manager. We have two daughters Ingeborg and Laura.
We have a dog, but he stays at a kennel during our holidays.
We love to do gardening and have a nature friendly garden where we grow berries and some vegetables.
