- Master bedroom in the attic with double bed and ensuite bathroom;
- Two bedrooms on the first level, both contain a single bed and one also has a childs bed (1.60m long).
House contains all modern utilities for a comfortable stay.
Located in the suburb of 'Armhoef' in Tilburg. Walking distance to all the required amenities, including the Piushaven, train/bus station and city centre. A 15 minute drive to the 'Efteling' and a 10 minute drive to the 'Beekse Bergen' safaripark (zoo).

Wij hebben een heel aangename huisruil gehad! Het huis was perfect zoals omschreven en we voelden ons er heel welkom. We hadden op voorhand een goed contact en ook tijdens het verblijf verliep de communicatie perfect. Het huis was proper en ook ons eigen huis was zeer propere staat toen we terugkwamen. Dit gezin heeft heel goed zorg gedragen voor ons huis en onze spullen. Dankjewel!
