Vacation Home on golf course in Rancho Mirage, California, USA
We are open to all exchange offers for 2018. Our home is located 7 miles from Palm Springs, California. Our home which is our vacation home is located on a world championship golf course. We have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We spend much of our time outdoors, and we enjoy having breakfasts on our patio. There is much to do here. You can golf, play tennis, bike ride, hike, shop, and see the famous sights of Palm Springs. We have a wonderful view of the mountains and the golf course. We also have a swimming pool. You can shop at the world famous shops on El Paseo Drive. There are national and state parks just a short drive away. Enjoy the blue sky and sunshine of Southern California.
We are open to a non simultaneous exchange.
We are experienced exchangers, and have exchanged homes 16 times. We are retired. I was an attorney and my wife Agnes was an administrator for a State University. We love to travel to all parts of the world.
We also have our main home which is located in Lake Oswego, Oregon, near Portland, Oregon. It is not available for an exchange this year but maybe in the future. Its listing number is US 149846.

We have been exchanging our home since 1992. We have exchanged homes in France, Ireland, Scotland, Belgium, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, and Turkey. We enjoy traveling and meeting other people from other parts of the world. We have travelled extensively in Europe, Asia, and South America. Here in Rancho Mirage,we enjoy the sunshine, blue sky, and wonderful weather. We play golf, tennis, and ride our bicycles. We love our neighborhood and the people in our community. There is so much to do here including hiking, shopping, visiting museums, and learning about the Native American culture here.

Agnes and I have been retired since January 2015. We have been exchanging homes since 1992. We have exchanged homes multiple times in France, Ireland , Scotland, Belgium, Portugal, Denmark, and Sweden. When not traveling we enjoy playing golf, tennis and riding our bicycles. Our home which is located in Lake Oswego Oregon, is a short 10 minute walk to downtown. There you will find a farmers market, a central plaza numerous restaurants cafés bars etc. Like Oswego is known for its friendliness with mini walking in bicycle paths. We are a 15 minute walk from the Willamette river.
