Our house is located in Gilleleje, a fishing- and harbourtown in Northern Zeeland. The house is 190 m2 with 2 spacios living rooms, a well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. It’s situated in a 1000 m2 garden, with a huge south facing terrace. One of our bedrooms is a childrens room with many toys and there are good playgrounds nearby.

We have only 700 meters to the sandy beach, from which you can have a svim in Oresund and Kattegat - and from where you can see Sweden across the water. Within the same distance you will find the the very active fishingharbour surrounded by restaurants and fishmongers. Gilleleje has a lively townlife with high quality shops, and also two cinemas and many cultural activities.

10-15 km from here you will find Gribskov, the hugest danish forest and ideal for a walk on the many beautiful trails.

North Zealand - the landscape surronding us - is famous for it's royal castles, beautiful forrests and large sandy beaches. The world known museum of modern art, Louisiana is situated only 25 kilometers from here.

Copenhagen is only 60 kilometers away and can be reached within an hour by car. By train one hour and a half. The Railwaystation is only five minuttes from the house.. So enjoy Copenhagen with its medival towncenter, the litle mermaid, Nyhavn, Christiania, Tivoli, a great zoo - and fine festivals, museums and some of Europes best restaurants (The new nordic Kitchen).

By car you can make excursions to Sweden,  Zealand, Funen, maybe to Odense, where you can see the house, where Hans Christian Andersen was born. If you have children, it might be popular to drive to Legoland in Billund Jutland.
