My apartment is situated over 2 floors. You can stay with maximum 3 persons.
My apartment in located in the center of Amsterdam on the island called 'Bickers Eiland' with the view over the water of the 'Westerdok'. The neigborhood is historical, safe and very suitable for a evening walk in the scene of photograper Jacob Olie and the painter Breitner.
The area is called 'Westelijke Eilanden' and is 10 minutes walking from the central station. The train brings you to Schiphol Airport in 20 minutes.
The Haarlemmerstraat is just around the corner; a trendy and varied neighbourhood with an arthouse cinema, galleries, many restaurants, grocery stores and a (whole foods) market on saturday and wednesday (Noordermarkt). A nice walk (10 to 20 min.) will bring you to the Jordaan, the Westerkerk, the Anne Frank house or the Westerpark.

The location of my apartment is central, nevertheless very quiet, no thru traffic, and direct at the waterfront.
At the same time it is very close to the canals and from there you start to explore Amsterdam while you have a nice stroll. All (tourist) attractions can be reached easily by foot. Shops, café's, restaurants and cinema's are near, the bus- and tram stops are on a 5 minutes walk.

Het huis was zoals ik via de foto's gezien had. Ik was zeer aangenaam verrast dat ik door de host opgehaald werd op het vliegveld. De korte kennismaking en vervolgens de rondleiding en contact tijdens het verblijf was prettig en vriendelijk.
La caa era perfecta, con todo lo necesario y muy bien situada en la ciudad. Muy carca también de la estación central que da acceso fácil a otras partes del país. Zona muy tranquila y bonita y con muchos servicios. El contacto con la propietaria ha sido perfecto y muy r´ápido, aportando muchas información de la ciudad y facilitando todo en todo momento, Recomendable 100%
