Cosy and warm house with a little garden in a very peaceful area of Saint-Denis center city at 10min from Paris.
You'll feel like in countryside but with all amenities in 5min walk.
Saint-Denis is a popular and multicultural city with a rich history : you can visit Saint-Denis basilica where many french kings are buried. Here people are nice and relax.
Our house is located between Saint-Denis station (RER D or line H - suburban trains) and metropolitan line 13, both direct for Paris.
RER D and line H serves Gare du Nord - Châtelet/Les Halles (heart of Paris) - Gare de Lyon
Line 13 serves : Saint-Ouen (and its flee market) - Gare Saint-Lazare (near the Grands Magasins like Lafayette, Printemps...and Opéra Garnier) - Champs-Elysées - Invalides.
Our house is about 110m2 on 3 levels :
- kitchen and living-room completely open on garden on the ground floor
- 2 bedrooms : 1 big with two single beds for children and 1 smaller with a sofa bed, a bathroom, WC on the 1st floor
- a mezzanine with a double bed, a living room, a bathroom with WC on the 2nd floor (parental suite !)
