Antwerpen townhouse

Our home is a new townhouse build in end 2023, around a closed pedestrian place, in a quiet area.

FIrst level is the living room chich open on a small garden, and the kitchen
at the Second level, there are master bedroom with its own shower, two kids bedrooms (one with the "cheese bed", and other with a double bed) and a second bathroom dedicated to kids.
At third level are the last bedroom and our office for home working

We moved in. Here are the first pictures to give you an idea.

We live close to the city center of Antwerp, at a few steps from public transports (tramway, train station, bicycles station...) and 25 minutes by direct train from Brussels international airport (Zaventem) in a lively neighbourhood (a lot of shops, parks...).

About the neighborhood

Antwerp is famous for its diamant and fashion areas, the harbor and the docks, the main squares, all the important museums (MAS, Ruben huis, Redstar line), the Cathedral and obviously... chocolate.

Antwerp is a very lively, busy and attractive cosmopolitan city with many excellent restaurants and bars, theaters and galleries, shops and museums. It welcomes thousands of tourists a year for summerfestivals, tours and smaller performances on the different squares and neigbourhoods.

Our house is situated in a popular and lively quartier, Berchem, next to a place. You will find parks & playgrounds closeby. A public transport hub (buses, train station) is close by. In the neighbourhood you also find all main services and shops (pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, Antwerp city brewery etc).

The main station, the zoo, the diamond center, the city hall or the cathedral are reachable in a few minutes.

From Antwerpen, Brussels or Gent (40 minutes), Bruges (70 minutes), Rotterdam (1h), Amsterdam (1,5h) are easily reachable by direct train.

Several parks are reachable by feet or by bikes, including the free middleheim museum where you can walk among sculptures.

We are pleased to welcome families with kids, people who enjoy culture and city life or travellers who wish to enjoy Antwerp and other cities.

La maison, en elle-même très agréable et très bien équipée, est située dans un ensemble immobilier commun, bati sur le lieu d'une ancienne fabrique, avec accès à un toit terrasse, un spa, une cantine sociale, salle culturelle, petit jardin d'enfant... l'endroit est donc unique et particulièrement agrable. Nos hôtes sont été très prévenants et l'échange a été très facile. Nous avons pu les rencontrer et ce fut avec grand plaisir La situation qui peut paraitre excentrée est proche de lieux d'intérêts et des transports publics, ll est aisé de rejoindre le centre. Le quartier en lui même est agréable. Un excellent échange à Vienne

Maison agréable et très bien situé sur les 3 frontières... bien équipé, des livres, des pièces d'art, un beau jardin. Nous y avons passé de belles vacances.
