Tomares, Hiszpania

We live in a little village called Tomares, sited in Seville’s metropolitan area, so we enjoy the advantages of a rural living, but near to a big city. Our house is located in a quiet urbanization, with private gardens and swimming pool. It has 220 m2 in two floors: first floor is distributed in lounge with chimney, office, guest bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and terrace (veranda). The terrace access to the garden (150m2) and the andalusian patio, with orange and lemon trees, an ancient olive tree, roses, jasmine and aromatic plants. In the second floor are three bedrooms  and two bathrooms, and has one balcony and another terrace.

Our house is 10’ driving to Seville’s historical center, but you can take a bus (bus stop 2' walking) that will leave you in Seville City Center in just half an hour or go by underground  too, just 5’ driving, and only 4 subway stations to downtown. Just in front of the urbanization there is a nice park for walking, biking, birds watching and other activities.

Near the house there is tapas bares and restaurants at only 10' walking, and there are supermarkets and others big stores around.
Huelva beaches are also near, only one hour driving. We can exchange a Volswagen Sportvan for 5 people.
