An ideal family vacation in the mountains. If you are looking for it, this is the right place. Peace, silence, beautiful scenery and safety. These are the greatest assets of our house. It’s situated in a picturesque small village – Rycerka Górna, in the south of Poland in the region called Beskid Żywiecki.
We offer you a detached house built entirely of wood. It is all- year-round house with an area of approx. 75m2. For guests, on the ground floor, there is a living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms which can accommodate 4 + 2 people. In the living room there is also a sofa bed.
The house has a panoramic terrace and a cellar. The house is heated by a stylish fireplace. The stove and water heating are electric.
The house is situated on a mountain slope and has a good paved road, which is 150 meters from the main road. The whole plot is fenced. Additionally, there is also a playground for children with a small wooden cottage, a sandpit, a badminton pitch, a small inflatable children's pool and a trampoline. In the evening, you can spend time around the campfire.
In the area there are numerous hiking trails: Wielka Racza, Bendoszka, Przegibek. I also recommend marked cycling routes and those typically MTB (I am passionate about them) - I have a number of tracks and offer my help. I organize one day or longer cycling expeditions.
300 m from the house there is a holiday resort with a swimming pool and it is possible to order a very good homemade dinners (1 dinner at the price of approx. 5 euro)

About us:
We have got two children, 6 and 12 years old and we are both teachers. In July and August we are free from work, so we are ready to travel this time. Since this is our apartment house, the exchange in a different time is also possible.

Wenn du einen traumhaften Sommerurlaub für die ganze Familie suchst, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Vorzüge unseres Hauses sind Stille, Ruhe, schöne Landschaften und Sicherheit. Das Haus ist in einem schönen kleinen Dorf im Süden Polens in Beskid Żywiecki in Rycerka Górna gelegen.
Wir bieten Ihnen ein Einfamilienhaus aus Holz, mit einer Wohnfläche von 75 qm. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Küche und ein Badezimmer, im 1. Stock stehen unseren Gästen zwei Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung.
(4 plus 2 Personen). Im Wohzimmer ist ein aufklappbares Sofa.
Das Haus hat eine Aussichtsterrasse und einen Keller und wird durch einen Kamin beheizt. Der Herd und warmes Wasser werden mit Strom versorgt.
Das Haus liegt auf einem Berghang und verfügt über einen guten 150m-langen Zufahrtsweg. Das ganze Grundstück ist umzäunt. Dort befindet sich auch ein Spielplatz für Kinder mit einem kleinen Haus aus Holz, einem Sandkasten, einem Spielplatz für Badminton, einem kleinen aufblasbaren Schwimmbad für Kinder, sowie einem Trampolin. Abends kann man die Zeit schön am Lagerfeuer verbringen.
In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Wanderwege u.a. Wielka Racza, Bendoszka, Przegibek. Ich empfehle auch Fahrradtouren vor allem für MTB. (MTB fasziniert mich sehr) Ich habe viele Tracks und stehe Ihnen gern mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ich organisiere auch ein- und mehrtägige Fahrradfahrten.
300 Meter vom Haus entfernt gibt es eine Herberge, wo man sehr gut zu Mittag essen kann (1 Mittagessen kostet ca. 5 Euro)

Über uns
Ich und meine Frau haben zwei Kinder im Alter von 6 und 12 Jahren. Wir sind beide Lehrer von Beruf. Im Juli und August haben wir Urlaub. Weil das unser Ferienhaus ist, ist der Austausch auch an anderen Terminen möglich.
Darüber hinaus besteht die Möglichkeit des Austausches mit unserer zweistöckigen Wohnung im 4. Stock in Zabrze in einer ruhigen, ruhigen Gegend in der Nähe des Parks. Gute Lage, 2 km von der Autobahn mit leichtem Zugang zu Breslau (180 km), Krakau (100 km), Częstochowa (85 km), Warschau (350 km).

About the neighborhood
Our house is situated on a mountain slope, surrounded by five other houses. It's situated on the edge of a forest, right next to a mountain stream. It's a very quiet and peaceful area. Being close to nature is our motto. The main road is about 200 meters away, but an off-road vehicle isn't necessary. The village of Rycerka Górna is located in the Żywiec Beskid Mountains, a mountain range with peaks ranging from 1000 to 1500 meters. There are numerous mountain hiking trails here, which can also be conquered by mountain bike (if you're experienced enough). A new 35 km bike path leads down the valley to Żywiec, and you can return by train.

Sports family
Our children are "genetically" destined for sports -) My wife and I work in a school and teach physical education. Our daughter, Julia, is currently 16 and a high school student. She has been cycling for three years. Our son, Jakub, is in his third year of engineering studies in aerospace and aviation. As a family, we love cycling, both gravel and road, but we especially enjoy mountain biking. In the winter, we ski and cross-country ski. We also enjoy ski touring. We can do all these sports in our mountains.
