Romantische Ferienwohnung auf Quinta in der Nähe von Lissabon- Romantic flat on quinta near Lisbon
The flat is part of a holiday home (www.quinta-arcadia.de) on an extended quinta ( 7500 sqm).
It is our second home and we live there half of the year.
The quinta has a small pool (5 by 5 metres). a children´s playground, a park-like garden with mediterranean plants and many fruit trees.
The flat has a modern kitchen equipment (electric stove, dishwasher, washing-machine, fridge, freezer , baking oven, microwave oven etc.)
In the flat there is a fire-place with a glass door.

Die Wohnung gehört zu einem Ferienhaus auf einer ausgedehnten Quinta.(www.quinta-arcadia.de)
Sie ist unsere Zweitwohnsitz und wir verbringen dort die Hälfte des Jahres.
Sie liegt im ersten und zweiten Geschoss und ist 90 Quadratmeter groß.
Die Quinta besitzt einen kleinen Pool (5 x 5 m), einen Kinderspielplatz, einen parkähnlichen Garten mit mediterraner Bepflanzung und zahlreichen Obstbäumen.
Die Wohnung ist mit vielen modernen Küchengeräten ausgestattet ( Elektroherd, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank , Backofen, Mikrowelle etc.)
In der Wohnung befindet sich ein Kaminofen mit Glasscheibe,
Hinter der Wohnung liegt eine Terrasse mit Grill .

The quinta is situated in a protected area on the peninsula which has Cabo Espichel as its most-western spot.
You get there on a dirt road . Having left the main road you reach it after 500 m.
There is only one neighbour, whose quinta is 200 m away.
The marvellous beach Praia Ribeira do Cavalo is our favourite ( 3 km )
From the quinta you can see the coast line from Lisbon to Cascais and the Sintra mountain range.
Die Quinta liegt in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet auf der Halbinsel , die sich zum Cabo Espichel hin erstreckt.
Sie ist über einen ungeteerten Weg nach 500 m von der Hauptstrasse zu erreichen.
Es gibt nur einen Nachbarn, dessen Haus auf dem übernächsten Grundstück steht (Entfernung ca 200 m).
Der Strand Ribeira do Cavalo ist unser Lieblingsstrand (3 km entfernt)
Von der Quinta kann man die Küste von Lissabon nach Cascais und das Sintragebirge sehen.

Pensioniertes Ehepaar
Wir sind ein pensioniertes Lehrerehepaar ( 74 und 72 Jahre ) mit 4 Kindern und 7 Enkelkindern.
Wir leben in Schiltach im Schwarzwald.
Von 1982 bis 1989 arbeiteten wir an der Deutschen Schule in Lissabon.
Von 2003 bis 2013 war Winfried Schulleiter an der Deutschen Schule in Caracas, Venezuela.
Seit 2013 sind wir im Ruhestand.
We, Anne and Winfried, are a retired couple of teachers (67 and 65 years) with 4 children and 7 grand-children.
From 1982 till 1989 we worked at the German school of Lisbon.
From 2003 till 2013 Winfried was headmaster of the German School of Caracas, Venezuela.
Since 2013 we have been in retirement.
