Nice house with garden in small town in between Brussels, Ghent & Antwerp

Our house is located in a small town in the middle of all big cities. You can take a walk in the beautiful fields or do one of the many bycicle tours who pass our town. Or you can swim in the lake or have a Belgian beer while the kids have fun on the beach-playgarden.
You can also visit Brussels, Antwerp, Bruges, Ghent or the North Sea, they are a 30-60 minute drive.

Four bedrooms, a spacious living/dining room, 2 bathrooms (shower downstairs, bath on first floor) and a big garden. Feel free to feed the chickens and eat the fruits and vegetables from our small but organic garden.

We have two children (born in 2012 and 2014) so your children can enjoy their toys, bikes ...

Our house was built in 2011 and we did most of it ourselfs. It is built with environmental friendly materials and uses only little energy.

We love to help you find nice walk or bike routes, tasty restaurants, city visits, transport options... Let us know!

Opis rodziny

Hi! We love to go for a walk or drive our bikes on quiet paths in nature. We have chickens in the garden and grow some vegetables and fruit. Feel free to eat what you find. We live in a low carbon house and treat our stuff with a lot of respect and will do likewise with yours :-)
Our kids love to eat, sing, play boardgames and play outside.

Home was as presented. Village of Overmere has got a really nice small "resort" with beach for swimming and another lake for small boats and birds. We spent a lot of time swimming.
Location in Flanders is quite central, so You can easily visit for example Gent, Brugge, Antwerp and Brussels. We also did some trips to the French speaking Wallonia side. We got very good "tourist guide" from the family with tips for trips and about how everything works. The Molenstraat street is quite busy (from a rather peripheral finnish suburban perspective), but the garden is very safe with good fences all around.

Our kids were about the same age, so it was very practical to be able to use bikes, safety seats for car etc. Family has got a high standard of clean, we got our house back very clean and everything ok.
