Lovely villa with outdoor spa close to nature and Stockholm city
Bright open home with big terrace, conservatory, outdoor-spa, three bedrooms and possible to make extra guestroom. Two floors with bathroom on each floor.
We love our home just outside Stockholm City Center, in a green calm area with 5-15 minutes walk to a lake with three small beaches.
We have a central location in the green southern suburb which gives you a quick and easy way to get everywhere in Stockholm with fast public transport connections or by car or even bike if you prefer.
10 minutes drive to the city, or 25 minutes by local transports or bike. 5 minutes walk to nearest grocery store and some restaurants and cafés.
Our house is well-equipped with a large eat-in kitchen, free wi-fi and internet. In spring and summer you can eat outside. The cat is friendly and spend most of the day outside, and just need feeding.

Sköndal (which means beautiful valley in Swedish) is a family-friendly calm neighbourhood and have wonderful green spaces despite being only 7 km from the City of Stockholm.
It is a 2 mins walk down to Drevviken with big green areas and beaches, and 15 mins walk to the big shopping centre Farsta.

Nice family. Easy to look after the chickens and we got good instructions. Very comfortable house and especially the jacuzzi was great after a long day of sightseeing.

Our family consists of two adults and a 17-year-old child who lives at home, as well as a 21-year-old daughter who has moved away from home. We also have a cat that needs to be looked after when we are away, as well as a garden with a small greenhouse that needs maintenance in the form of watering during the summer months. We enjoy visiting both cities and smaller resorts, preferably on the coast.
