The house is located in a quiet, safe rural area, with a supermarket just 1.5 km away. Free parking is available in front of the house.
It is an ideal base for exploring the region, with easy access to Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, and Évian-les-Bains. Nature lovers will also appreciate the nearby mountains and beautiful lakes, including Lake Geneva, Lake Annecy, and Lake Bourget.
