House close to Rostock at the Baltic Sea in Germany.
Welcome to our house side. We are Andrea and Jan as well as our three sons. We live where others make vacation (holiday destination number one in Germany) - very close to the baltic sea and an area with more than 1000 lakes.
Our property is about 2000 m² and is located on the edge of our village. We have laid it lovingly with many flowering plants, bushes, some trees and retreats. Our spacious house was built in 2006 and offers 210m² of living space. On the ground floor, there is the living and dining area with a kitchen and a toilet with a shower. Upstairs, there are three childrens bedrooms, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bath. The childrens rooms are filled with toys (Lego, Playmobil, numerous board and brain games). South of the house is a large terrace with sun umbrella and grill, surrounded by numerous flowering plants and bushes. Next to the house is a very large lawn area, on which football, kubb or shuttlecock wonderful can be played. Small children can explore the play tower, jump on the really huge trampoline, play hide-and-seek or dig in the sand box. Swimming pools can be arranged in the shade of the trees and shrubs. In the garage next to the house is place for six bicycles, a cross trainer and two cars or a table tennis and a football table. On the Flat TVs, you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, Zattoo, YouTube etc. Wireless Internet (WiFi) is available throughout the whole property. Our house has a fiber optic connection with 800 MBit/s to the Internet. If you are interested, please contact us.
Haus in der Nähe von Rostock an der Ostsee in Deutschland
Herzlich Willkommen auf unserer Hausseite. Wir, das sind Andrea und Jan sowie unsere drei Söhne. Wir leben, wo andere Urlaub machen (Mecklenburg/Vorpommern ist Deutschlands beliebtestes Urlaubsziel) und zwar sehr nahe zur Ostsee und der Mecklenburgischen Seenplatte (mehr als 1000 Seen).
Unser Grundstück ist ca. 2000² groß und liegt in Dorfrandlage. Wir haben es liebevoll mit vielen Blühpflanzen, Büschen, einigen Bäumen und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten angelegt. Unser geräumiges Haus wurde 2006 erbaut und bietet 210m² Wohnfläche. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich der Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küche sowie ein WC mit Dusche. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die drei Kinderzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Kinderzimmer sind mit Spielzeug (Lego, Playmobil, zahlreichen Brett- und Denkspiele uvm.) prall gefüllt. Südlich des Hauses befindet sich eine große Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm und Grill, die mit zahlreichen blühenden Pflanzen und Büschen umgeben ist. Neben dem Haus befindet sich eine sehr große Rasenfläche, auf der wunderbar Fußball, Wikingerschach oder Federball gespielt werden kann. Kleine Kinder können den Spielturm erkunden, auf dem riesigen Trampolin springen, Verstecken spielen oder in der Sandkiste buddeln. Auch Pools können dort im Schutz der Bäume und Sträucher gut aufgestellt werden. In der Garage neben dem Haus ist Platz für sechs Fahrräder, einen Crosstrainer und zwei Autos oder eine Tischtennisplatte und den Fußballkickertisch. Auf den Fernsehern sind Netflix, Amazon Prime, Zattoo und YouTube verfügbar. WLAN und Internetzugang sind auf dem gesamten Grundstück verfügbar. Unser Haus hat einen Glasfaseranschluss mit 800 MBit/s zum Internet. Bei Interesse kontaktiert uns einfach.

Our village is a few minutes’ drive west of Rostock and is already 800 years old. It has a church, a sports field and two children's playgrounds with cable car. By car or by bus, you can quickly and easily get to Rostock, the largest city in Mecklenburg / Vorpommern (the holiday destination No. 1 in Germany). For tourists, Hanseatic city Rostock is particularly interesting because of its unique sandy beach in the historical urban district Warnemünde. With its oldest university in Northern Europe, Rostock has a lot to offer: student life with many bars and discotheques, theaters, museums, churches, hiking at the cliff line, night watchman's guides, swimming pools, zoo, climbing forest, etc. In our county, you can enjoy the nature, more than 1000 lakes (see www.mecklenburgische-seenplatte.de/), beaches and many attractions. Berlin can be reached by car or by train in about 2.5 hours or Hamburg in about 2 hours. There are also two ferries. One goes to denmark (and with an almost two hour's drive you reach copenhagen) and the other to sweden near Malmö.

Unser Dorf liegt ein paar Fahrminuten westlich von Rostock und ist bereits 800 Jahre alt. Es hat eine Kirche, einen Sportplatz und zwei Kinderspielplätze mit Seilbahn. Mit dem Auto oder den Bus kommt man schnell und einfach nach Rostock, die größte Stadt in Mecklenburg/Vorpommern (dem Urlaubsland Nr. 1 in Deutschland). Für Touristen ist die Hansestadt Rostock besonders wegen seines einzigarten Sandstrandes im historischen Warnemünde interessant. Kulturell hat Rostock mit seiner ältesten Universität Nordeuropas viel zu bieten: studentisches Leben mit vielen Bars und Diskotheken, Theater, Museen, Kirchen, wandern an der Steilküste, Nachtwächterführungen, Schwimmbädern, Zoo, Kletterwald usw. In unserem Bundesland kann man die Natur, mehr als 1000 Seen (www.mecklenburgische-seenplatte.de) und Strände genießen, Wandern gehen sowie zahlreiche Attraktionen besuchen. Berlin erreicht man mit dem Auto oder mit dem Zug in ca. 2,5h bzw. Hamburg in ca. 2h. Es gibt auch zwei Fähren. Eine fährt nach Dänemark (und nach einer fast zweistündigen Autofahrt erreicht man Kopenhagen) und die andere nach Schweden in die Nähe von Malmö. Sehr freundliche Familie, offen, interessiert, lustig. Wir möchten gerne nochmals mit der Familie tauschen. Haben sich außerordentlich gut um unser Haus und unsere Katze gekümmert. Kann ich wärmstens an andere Haustauscher weiterempfehlen.
Trevlig minisemester i Rostock! Vi hade en jättebra kommunikation med bytesfamiljen både före, under och efter vårt byte. Beskrivningen på hemsidan var helt enligt förväntningarna.

We are a family of five: Jan (51), Andrea (48), and our three sons in the age of 20, 17, and 15. We are always interested in new things and, therefore, we want to travel to see the world, learn other cultures, enjoy other regions, visit attractions.
