We live in Barcelona in carrer Marina, just a few meters from the Sagrada Familia, the Arc de Triomphe, the Ciutadella park and the beach. Our neighbourhood is close to the center but quiet, not very touristic and with everything you need close by. We live in a 3rd floor with lift and a large balcony. 2 bedrooms with double bed and another bedroom with bunk beds, 1 studio, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Parking space included.
Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Supermarkets, parks, public transport and tourist attractions nearby.

About Our Family
We are Josu and María, a couple from the north of Spain who have been living in Barcelona for 16 years, where we work as architects.
We have had many experiences exchanging houses during our childhood with our respective families and now we are exchanging our flat in the centre of Barcelona for the first time.
Lifestyle
Although we don't have much free time because of our jobs, we travel as much as we can, almost always by car. As we live in the centre of Barcelona, we enjoy alternative experiences, nature, secondary roads and rural life or life on the fringes of the big cities. Being architects, we also make a lot of specific trips to visit buildings and monuments.
In Barcelona we enjoy cultural events (our house is next to the National Theatre and the Barcelona Auditorium). We like to go for walks and weekend getaways to the countryside and the beach. We enjoy gastronomy, music, cinema and literature.
