Family house in the large suburb of Toulouse
We recently mooved in this house in the large suburb of Toulouse (10 mn far from the entrance of the city and 25 mn fom the city center)
It is set in a large and child friendly garden,
Downstairs:
- a well equipped kitchen
- a big dinning and living room with two french-doors on the terrace
- 1 bedroom with a convertible double sofa and a shower room
- wc
Upstairs :
- 4 bedrooms and a bathroom
- WC
You’ll find many toys and books for children
There is a garage and a place for parking 2 cars in the front of the door.
The neighbourough is very quiet and safe.
You can reach the train station by foot, 300 m from home.
We are very well connected to the different ways of transport : underground, bus, tramway in the city center

We are 20mn far from thé city centre of Toulouse , wonderful city with a very rich cultural heritage. Our house is equidistant from the sea and the mountains, 1 h from the wide and beautiful sandy beaches of the Languedoc and less than an hour from the Pyrenees, not far from the Principality of the Andorra and the Spanish border. The Canal du Midi passes nearby, you can walk along it on horseback or by bike or sail on a barge to the sea!

Beautiful big house next to the Canal du Midi and Toulouse. About one hour from the Mediterranean Sea. We felt very welcome and comfortable.
Très bon échange, la maison est très confortable et bien située par rapport à la ville. L'Autriche est un pays magnifique et nous avons pu faire de belles découvertes lors de notre séjour estival. Merci beaucoup!

We are family of six but our eldest is just married.
We are used to exchanges from 15 years and we love this way of life.
We love meeting new people and discovering some wonderful countries!
We, Marie and Patrick middle aged, are respectively teacher in a primary school and Project Manager in the Building Indutry.
So, Mary Jr our eldest, is grown up and married , the second one, Delphine, and our son Gregoire are students in Toulouse and the youngest, Elisabeth(15) is at the secundary school.
We like sport (rugby of course ...Vive le Stade Toulousain!!!) , music, and history. But above all,we love travelling and spending time in family !
