Nice large centrally located city apartment in Copenhagen
Large apartment 220 m2 - well equipped. The apartment is on the 1st floor. We have the entire 1st floor. We share a yard with our roommate.
The housekeeper is an Italian - English couple, with 3 children living at home, the youngest is probably 12 years old - the oldest 16. - The housekeeper here has a dog.
In the basement is a doctor's clinic, which is only staffed during the day - typically from 8 am to 4 pm.
Cozy lively street with good public transport right next door. When we use the city, we often choose to take the bicycle, it is the simplest and fastest means of transport in the city - and it's free. Otherwise, there are buses to the city centre, metro stadium 5 minutes' walk away. Close to shopping center. Good restaurants and places to eat.

About the neighborhood
The street we live in is a cozy street with little traffic, with lots of shops, for example right across the street a nice organic bakery - where you can also enjoy a cup of coffee. Otherwise grocery stores, pizza bars, greengrocer, wine and beer stores, cafes and not far a fantastic sushi restaurant - sushi factory. Close to the apartment metro station - Amagerbro - here there is a large shopping center with many specialty shops and several larger grocery stores. Amager Centre.
We have bicycles, i.a. a lovely tandem, and for us it is the best way to get around the city. It only takes 10-15 minutes from the apartment to the center - the town hall square. Also 15-20 min. then you can reach Amager beach - where you can swim in Øresund.
Copenhagen offers a lot of lovely museums, lovely parks and a completely unique harbor environment where you can actually swim.

A norwegian-danish couple
We are a Norwegian-Danish married couple, well grown up. Teacher 63 - Doctor 70 both in full time work.
We live permanently in Norway near Bergen - where we have a big, nice house right next to the water - so in Norway we enjoy nature and outdoor life.
In Copenhagen we have a large, lovely apartment, here we enjoy the urban life - love the many cultural experiences that a big city can offer - art, museums, cafes, restaurants, concerts etc.
When we are in Copenhagen, we typically take a flight from Bergen to the airport in Copenhagen. Metro from the airport to Amagerbro - approx. 10-15 min. and then 5 minutes' walk and you are at our apartment.
If Norway - and the rural idyll also appeals, we are open and exchange housing for that housing as well. Possibly that you can combine stays in Copenhagen and Holmefjord in Norway.
In Norway there are 5 sleeping places, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, equipment for lots of outdoor life, such as kayaks, grills, pizza ovens etc. You need a car if you want to use our house in Norway.
From the airport and to the nearest small town - there are relatively good public transport connections. City rail buses. With public transport approx. 2 hours from the airport. At a distance of approx. 50 km.
