Die Wohnung ist einerseits sehr zentral in einer belebten Gegend, andererseits aber auch ruhig, weil sie hofseitig ausgerichtet ist. Sie liegt nahe am Stadtzentrum, vieles kann man zu Fuß oder mit öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichen.
The flat is very central in a lively area, but also quiet because it faces the courtyard. It is close to the city center and many things can be reached on foot or by public transport.

Von unserer Wohnung aus ist die Ringstraße in nur 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso Volkstheater, Burgtheater, Rathaus, Parlament, die großen Museen und Gärten... Vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Straßenbahnstation, auch die U2 ist nicht weit und die umliegenden Bezirke sind bekannt als Einkaufs- und Vergnügungsviertel.
Wir können außerdem bei Bedarf 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung stellen, das Radnetz hat sich in den letzten Jahren deutlich verbessert. Bezüglich Infrastruktur gibt es alles vor der Haustür.
Wien ist eine sehr sichere Stadt, voller Leben und mit einer Vielzahl an kulturellen Möglichkeiten. Und es ist immer noch ein schönes Erlebnis, einen Spaziergang in den Weinbergen mit einem Heurigenbesuch zu verbinden, im Kaffeehaus zu sitzen oder mal wieder in einem Club tanzen zu gehen.
From our flat you can reach the Ringstrasse in just 10 minutes on foot, as well as the Volkstheater, Burgtheater, City Hall, Parliament, the major museums and gardens... There is a tram stop on the doorstep, the U2 underground line is also not far away and the surrounding districts are known as shopping and entertainment areas.
We can also provide 2 bicycles if required, the cycle network has improved considerably in recent years. In terms of infrastructure, everything is on the doorstep.
Vienna is a very safe city, full of life and with a wide range of cultural opportunities. And it is still a wonderful experience to combine a walk in the vineyards with a visit to a wine tavern, sit in a coffee house or go dancing in a club.
