Situated not too far away from the Danube river, the flat enjoys proximity to (well-known) parks, the water and multiple options of public transport. The city centre is within close reach, while the area around the flat is residential and somewhat calm. I live here alone, with a spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

What you will love about living here is that the location is both central, but also away from the busy parts of town. The main local train line is a 5 minutes walk away, and with the tram, you can head directly to the city centre, taking only 12-15 minutes. There is also the subway no. 6 that connects you to the other parts of town, 10 minutes walking distance.

When I was young, me and my family travelled a lot by exchanging houses through Intervac. It is a great way to explore the world and the concept of letting someone into your home, based on mutual respect and interest, is an idea that has stuck with me ever since. Besides having registered here, I am also active in some Couchsurfing communities, regularly welcoming travellers into my home and offering them my couch to sleep and time to chat.

The flat is about 45 sqm and quite easy to navigate: There are two couches that may turn into small double beds. The flat has an entryway, which leads into the kitchen and further into either the bedroom, the bathroom or the living room. The neighbours are nice and helpful. I like its atmosphere a lot. Accessibility-wise, there is a change in levels of about 4 cm once. Besides that, the whole flat is level and equipped with 80+ cm doors.
