Home is recently updated in tropical Florida style. Fast WiFi, Smart TVs in every bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. Watch the wildlife from the backyard oasis with heated pool/hot tub, huge covered screened lanai, and BBQ grill. Washer/dryer, AC. Nearby waterfront dining, historic sites, monthly music festival in downtown Fort Myers. Water sport rentals nearby, as well as the ferry to Key West (3.5 hours).

We are flexible and can stay anywhere from one week to a couple of months, let us know what you have in mind. This is our second/vacation home so this can be a non-simultaneous exchange. We currently have guests until early May 2026, and from Nov 2026-March 2027, so those dates are not available for exchange. |

About the neighborhood
Waterfront on the Caloosahatchee River, next to Cape Coral/Fort Myers areas. We are in a quiet neighborhood in cul de sac, with groceries and other shopping close by. Plenty of waterfront dining options, watersport rentals, fishing charters, and the Key West Express ferry. Visit Manatee Park and kayak with the manatees in their own natural habitat on the Orange River, and visit The Edison and Ford Winter Estates Museum within 10 minutes drive. Every month downtown Fort Myers has a music festival/street concerts with food and free entertainment (less than 10 minutes away).
