A cosy appartment near Parc Montsouris or Catacombs of Paris

My appartment is quiet and next to the tram, bus or metro Station (line 4) Porte d'Orléans. It is furnished with souvenirs of my numerous trips around the world. It has a small balcony with many flowers. It is settled on the 4th floor. You can reach the Catacombs in 15 min walking, Montparnasse : 15 min by metro, tyhe center of Paris 20 min by metro or bus. It is 500 walking from Parc Monstouris which is a very big and nice park.
