Recent house well located between Atlantic Ocean, Castels of Loire & Brittany
*** Our home :
We are situated in a recent house with a pretty closed garden near the country and not far away from NANTES metropolis (15 minutes). In the ground floor, there are kitchen, dining room, lounge, 3 bedrooms, 1 office, 2 WC, 2 bathroom. In the mezzanine, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bookcase et 1 WC. There is also a garage where we can park a car. The neighbourhood is very kind and quiet. We are non-smoker.

Estamos situados en una nueva casa con jardín cerrado cerca del campo y a unos 15 minutos de la gran ciudad de NANTES. Abajo hay el comedor / salon, la cocina, 2 aseos, 2 cuartos de bano 3 dormitorios y 1 oficina. En la planta alta hay 2 dormitorios, 1 biblioteca, 1 aseo. Tenemos también un garage en el se puede aparcar un coche. La vecindad es muy agradable y tranquila. No fumamos.

Nous sommes installés dans une maison récente avec jardin clos proche de la campagne et à environ 15 minutes de NANTES. Au rez de chaussée, il y a le salon / séjour / cuisine, 2 toilettes, 2 salles de bain, 3 chambres et 1 bureau. Sur la mezzanine il y a 2 chambres, 1 bibliothèque et 1 toilette. Il y a également un garage dans lequel il est possible de garer une voiture. Le voisinage est tranquille et sympathique. Nous sommes non-fumeur.
