Located in the 12th, the apartment itself is extremely quiet, with friendly neighbours. It is 2 min walk to Station Dausmenil (lines 6 and 8). There are markets every day (between the one on the square and the ones on Porte Dorée, and at Picpus). There are plenty of green spaces (Bois de Vincennes, Coulée Verte or all the parks of the 12th). You can walk to Bastille in 20 minutes, and you are 6 stations away from République. This means you are in a friendly, lively, but not noisy environment.

Hello! I am French, born in 1965, a newly retired lecturer (Comparative Literature and Sexuality Studies), and I have lived between Paris, Dublin and Mexico City for the last 30 years. I enjoy travelling, eating out, reading, relaxing with friends, as well as cultural life and the outdoors. I am very open to any destination. I don't smoke, and prefer either long weekends or long stays (2/3 weeks). I need WIFI.
