A lovely family-friendly character home from the 1940s that has been renovated. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and a 5th bedroom with its own patio downstairs. Open plan living area leads onto a spacious shady deck and back garden with a beautiful tiled pool and a trampoline. The deck has a BBQ and becomes the main living area in the summer months. I'd call the style of our decor and furniture ethnic-chique! All bedrooms and living areas have air conditioning. Our kids are 8, 6 and 4 so there will be plenty of toys and books for young kids. Also bikes and pool toys.

About the neighborhood
Holland Park is a super safe and lovely neighbourhood. We are surrounded by parks and green space and there are at least 5 play parks within walking. The local library, coffee shops and pubs are also an easy walk from our home. There are 3 primary schools within walking distance and the local high school which is rated one of the best in the state. We are also close to the M3 which leads straight into the city and southbank. There are multiple bus lines a few minutes walk from the house so you will be very well connected.

Aus-British family resident in Brisbane looking to exchange home (and car?) for 4-5 months
Chadden is Australian and Gemma is British. We've lived in Brisbane, Australia for the last 5 years and absolutely love it. It's a dreamy place to raise our 3 kids who are 8,6 and 4. We spend loads of time outdoors exploring Brisbane and surrounds, the Queensland coast and splashing around in our pool.
We are looking to make some memories and re-connect with our English family by spending a few months (ideally the Autumn term 2027) in the UK. Gemma's mum lives in Grayshott so we are looking for a family home as near to there as possible.
