Our beautiful apartment has 110m2, 2 floors and there´s a lot of light. It´s located in a building (with prize-winning architecture!) which is organized as a very special living-project (www.sargfabrik.at), a kind of “friendly house” where everybody knows each other. There are serveral community-places which you can use: garden (just in front of our apartment and on the roof), playground, indoor swimming-pool + sauna, restaurant + bar, concert-hall.
Our quater is a quiet living-area in the west of vienna, the most important touistical sight there´s Schönbrunn (baroque castle, gardens, zoo, public swimming-pool). Going there by foot takes about 15 minutes, going to the center of Vienna takes 30 minutes (by Underground).

They are a very kind family with a very cosy apartment. Good neighbours and neighbourhood.
La maison, en elle-même très agréable et très bien équipée, est située dans un ensemble immobilier commun, bati sur le lieu d'une ancienne fabrique, avec accès à un toit terrasse, un spa, une cantine sociale, salle culturelle, petit jardin d'enfant... l'endroit est donc unique et particulièrement agrable. Nos hôtes sont été très prévenants et l'échange a été très facile. Nous avons pu les rencontrer et ce fut avec grand plaisir La situation qui peut paraitre excentrée est proche de lieux d'intérêts et des transports publics, ll est aisé de rejoindre le centre. Le quartier en lui même est agréable. Un excellent échange à Vienne
