SEARCHING FOR SUMMER 2026

Welcome to Seville!! Welcome to our home!!
It is located in a small town just a 15 minute drive from Seville's city centre. It is situated in a quiet area but just a 5 minute walk from the town center or the bus stop.There are also many restaurants and bars nearby as well as a medical center and the police station. The nearest metro station is just 5 minutes away by car and it takes you to Seville’s city centre in 10’. There is also a shopping centre with a cinema just 5' driving from home.
If you love the sea, there are several beaches just 1 hour away by car (80 kms). Córdoba is just 150 kms away and Granada is less than 3 hours driving where you can visit the Alhambra. Málaga is reachable in 2 hours aproximately.
We live in a detached house with a large enclosed garden and our own private swimming pool. Ours is a one-floor house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a family size, fully equiped kitchen. If you wish, it is possible to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors (we do!). It is the perfect place to relax after a busy day visiting the city. The house and the 45 m3 swimming pool are situated on a 1000 m2 piece of land. You should not miss a swim at night in summer!

2 extra people can be hosted either in the living room in a double a sofa bed or in the garden wooden house. It is a studio with 2 beds, sofa, table+chairs, tv and air conditioning. Located beside the swimming pool ****

When traveling abroad, we would need to exchange the car, too. Car type: Reanult Megane Scenic with 5 seats.

Our home is available:
-During the summer to exchange for up to 3 weeks, usually in August.
-Easter, Christmas or Bank holiday weekends(Puentes) within Spain mainly, but we are opened to any proposal within Europe (cities with direct flight from/to Seville).
