Our flat lays in austria's largest self-governing housing and cultural project, the sargfabrik (www.sargfabrik.at). This project is of architectural interest. There is a restaurant, bathing house with whirlpool and sauna. From the roof gardens you have a splendid view, for instance on the Schönbrunn-palace.
The house is located in a quit part of the city outskirts with very good public transport connections to both the city as well as the wienerwald forest.
We live on the ground floor and have garden in the front. There are two cats as well living at our place, who want to be taken care off.
We can also dispose of a second flat in the same housing project - AT14133.
