Our home can accommodate up to 10 people. The living surface is arranged over two levels: on the ground floor you can make yourself comfortable in the open-plan kitchen including a large dining area and a living room. There is also a bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC.

The first floor comprises of five bedrooms and a further bathroom with shower and toilet. From the dining room you can access the 40m² covered terrace, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mariagrün valley.

In addition, the property offers a large garden with trampoline, table tennis and barbecue area.

Our house is located in a beautiful residential area of Graz, called Mariagrün. Here you can not only enjoy the peaceful and green surroundings. The perfect location of our house also offers all the advantages of the proximity to the centre of Graz (15 minutes to the main place).

Unser Heim bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Das Haus ist in zwei Etagen aufgeteilt: im Edgeschoß kann man es sich in der großen Wohnküche gemütlich machen. Auf dieser Ebene befinden sich auch ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne sowie ein exra WC. Das Obergeschoß verfügt über fünf Schlafzimmer und einem weiterem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Von der Wohnküche gelangt man auf die 40m² große, überdachte Terrasse, von der man den herrlichen Ausblick auf das Mariagrünertal genießen kann. Zusätzlich verfügt das Grundstück über einen großen Garten mit Trampolin, Tischtennis und Grillplatz.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Mariagrün, einer wunderschönen Wohngegend der Stadt Graz. Hier lässt sich nicht nur die ruhige, grüne Umgebung genießen. Die perfekte Lage unseres Hauses bietet auch alle Vorteile der räumlichen Nähe zum Zentrum (15 min. bis zum Hauptplatz).
